Charlies claim to fame is his ability to organize and facilitate. His original position with the Hirano Bros. chain of hotels throughout the 50th state was Food & Beverage manager beginning in 1968. His gentle calming demeanor during stressful meetings and events that take place in a contracting company such as Kahului Carpet has been a valued asset to say the least. Kahului Carpet is very fortunate to have coaxed him out of retirement to join the KC Ohana (Family). He is also the fun activities chairman of the company
