LIMESTONE
Limestone is a sedimentary rock composed of the mineral calcite and usually contains marine organisms. Limestone maybe crystalline, granular, or dense in structure depending on the process how it was formed. It is vulnerable to acids such as lemons, alcohol, and cleaning products. These acids will etch or mar the surface of your natural stone by wearing down its layers. Limestone colors range from muted beige, brown, blue, to red tones. A sealer is recommended for all natural stone applications.
